National Worksite Benefit Group has partnered with Federal Hill Risk Management (FHRM). FHRM has been meeting the insurance needs of public entities, including school boards, municipalities and authorities, since 1976. FHRM specializes in local government agency and school board risk management, insurance brokerage and consulting, and management of joint insurance funds.

Innovation:
FHRM designed and implemented the first self-funded medical plan for a New Jersey public entity. Programs that were designed and implemented in the 1970’s continue today as the basic model for municipal insurance programs in many states.

FHRM also organized and developed the Middlesex County Joint Health Insurance Fund, one of the largest and most successful health insurance funds in the State of New Jersey.

FHRM’s sister company, Dynamic Claims Management, Inc., is a third party claim administrator for local government property and casualty self-insurers, also providing ambulance billing and claim consultation services.
