It is our mission to be leaders in quality, service, and professionalism while remaining focused on our primary objective, to serve people and companies by helping them best manage health care expenses and individual risk. We will provide high quality employee benefit products with an intent to meet as many of our customer’s benefit needs as possible.  Our business is distribution, but our purpose is meeting the needs of our customers.  We will provide services and products efficiently and accurately with attention to compliance regarding applicable regulations.  We will keep focused on the end result, which is for our clients to effectively utilize the products and services we provide by balancing effective education with efficient delivery.  We will expand our distribution to all 50 United States.  We will foster relationships that build and maintain trust by treating each customer fairly, and accomplishing tasks in the spirit of doing the right thing.  We will provide continuous long-term service to our customers.

EXECUTIVE PROFILES
Joel C. Allumbaugh
Chief Executive Officer
Joel Allumbaugh was an independent AFLAC representative for six years.  While a manager with AFLAC, Joel was one of sixteen managers in the United States to serve on the Marketing Advisory Counsel. In addition, he has served on many insurance and financial organization boards including the Maine Association of Health Underwriters where he served as the President 2002-2003.

Dana Cote
President
Dana Cote comes to the company with fourteen years of business management and marketing experience. His most recent position was an officer of MBNA America where he managed the efforts of many account managers in collections, lending and customer service. He attended some of the highest levels of corporate education and leadership courses that are shared throughout corporate America.
Edward F. Weber
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Weber comes to the company with fifteen years of business operations and management experience.  Mr. Weber has been an executive with the Boy Scouts of America, and a Product Manager with Georgia-Pacific. Most recently, Mr. Weber was a Vice President of MBNA America.  He has experience in a variety of operational areas, which include Inbound Marketing, Customer Service, and Customer Marketing.  He holds a degree in Liberal Arts from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
