Each carrier we recommend has been evaluated by our senior management team to ensure that quality and satisfaction are a priority. We know that you do not want to waste time chasing down administrative problems, and we do everything we can to quickly resolve challenges, and ensure they do not happen again.

When you choose NWBG to be your broker, we consider that the beginning of a working relationship. Your first interactions will be with our sales associates, but that will only be the beginning. After the terms of the relationship have been established, our customer service department will contact you. You will have the opportunity to determine how things should be set up to take care of payroll deductions, new employee enrollments, and a variety of other administrative details.

NWBG also believes strongly in education. Our customer service department will provide you with guidance to help with any challenges you may encounter in your benefits, be it as minor as changing someone’s address, or as significant as ensuring claim paperwork is correctly completed. It is our goal to give you the knowledge and ability to confidently manage your benefits, and we will work together with you at your pace to make sure you are comfortable.
